She's 11!

Yes my little Ugandan Princess who also happens to be my Welsh Lady has had a birthday this week and turned 11!

Oh my goodness!  Where has that year gone since her very first birthday with us last year?

Last year we decided that we would go all out on the birthday celebration.  It was her very first birthday after all!  So we had a disco where she could invite all her friends and her whole class.  This year, she has grown so much on every level.  Obviously for a more mature little lady there had to be an alternative party option.  So this year she decided she would choose 5 friends and have a sleepover and cinema trip.

Last night was the night!  The birthday girl had her bestest buddies around and the fun began!

So we had a venture to the cinema to see 'The Muppets' so I dare say you all know the tune that has been repeated throughout the night.  McDonald's Tea and then the chaos of a sleepover.  But the girls have been amazing and our house has been filled with laughter.

My kitchen looked somewhat like a cafe this morning catering for 6 girls, but it's been a pleasure to have them all stay.

I think Lutaaya has enjoyed her 11th Birthday!  That's for sure!
